All prices displayed on this website are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an error is discovered after an order has been placed, we will notify you before processing the order and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Orders

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

An order is only accepted once payment has been received and Doekie Dash has confirmed the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

• Incorrect pricing has been displayed.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
• Payment cannot be verified.

6. Payment

Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch of any order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

7. Handcrafted Products

Each Doekie Dash product is handcrafted to order.

Production typically requires 1–5 business days before dispatch.

Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volumes and material availability.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Once production has been completed, orders will be dispatched using a professional courier service.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:

• Courier delays.
• Weather conditions.
• Public holidays.
• Deliveries to outlying areas.
• Other unforeseen circumstances.

Risk in the product passes to the customer upon delivery.

9. Installation

The Doekie Dash Wall Mounted Baby Changing Utility Consoles must be installed by a suitably qualified and competent person.

The console must only be mounted onto brick or concrete walls using the supplied mounting hardware and in accordance with the installation instructions supplied with the product.

Doekie Dash accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, damage, or product failure resulting from incorrect installation or installation that does not comply with the supplied instructions.

10. Product Use

The Doekie Dash Wall Mounted Baby Changing Utility Console is intended solely for the storage of baby-changing essentials.

Customers must follow all safety, care, maintenance, and operating instructions contained within the User Manual.

Failure to do so may void the product warranty.

11. Warranty

The product is supplied with a 6-Month Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
